Hindu Organizations have failed to provide leadership to Hindu People

I just wrote a mail to one of the members of Hindu Organization who sought my support to their activities, here are the excerpts of the mail I wrote:

Dear Mr. ...,

I am a fellow Hindu, and I do believe in making India a Hindu Rashtra. I am of firm and studied opinion that it is in the interest of all the citizens of India that Hindu culture should be protected and strengthened. Because the glue that is holding India togeather is Hindu culture, and if it is weakened India shall fall apart sooner or later. This is because there are stronger regional affiliations based on regional languages which can become dominating forces if glue of Hindu religion is weakened.

Eventhough I am a strong supporter of Hindu religion and culture, I am strongly against most of the organizations that claim to be working in the interest of Hindu culture. I am also aware that you may not like some of my comments, however I am making attempt to make my point.

I am of very clear opinion that none of the Hindu organizations including RSS, ShivSena and Sanathan Sanstha have a clear plan and strategy to achieve this goal.

Let me make my point clear. A good leader before fighting any war pays attention to improving own strength by identifying weaknesses and removing these weaknesses. Once weaknesses are removed, the leader sets clear of goals and objectives and provides clear/ atleast broad plan of action for the war. I am afraid RSS, ShivSena or Sanathan Sanstha do not have clarity of Vision, Mission and Plan.

Activities of all these organizations are reactionary, and that is the most worrysome reality. Proactive planning and action based on clarity of goals vision and objective will give much better results. In a sense all these organizations are wasting energies and resources of Hindu people by being reactionary. Terrorists activities such as Bomb blast in Thane or Malegaon are good examples of good intentions going astray. Such reactionary acts do more harm than good to the cause.

Let me make it very clear even though I am condemning Malegaon blast, I would do all my best to support Sadhwi Pragya and her people. She and others involved in the blast are Deshbhakta and brave, and I respect them. I consider the Malegaon Blast as a sign of failure of Hindu leadership to provide guidance and direction.

Please note that right now need of the hour is to build a strong Hindu society and for this actions can be:
1. Prepare a common code of conduct, rituals, guidances for every Hindu ..
2. We should get such guide book approved by all renowned Hindu Saints/ Gurus/ Organizations/ Sankaracharya
3. We should prepare guidelines for Poojaris at temples, so that every visitor gets sense of belongingness..
4. We should prescribe, organize and conduct training program for Poojaris in the temples on the similar lines as that is provided for the Christians in seminaries
5. We should work to create a All India Hindu Devasthan Board, which shall have all the temples under its control and shall use the temple money to build and run Schools and Hospitals. We can atleast start a movement for this ...

If we devote our energies to this end we can create a strong Hindu society. Let your organization start any of the above activities.. OR Atleast make vision and action plan of your orgaization clear for your people..
